Rosa Maria Jubany and Diego Guzmán lead the gastronomic proposal of Hotel Mas Roig, continuing a family tradition linked to the restaurant business since 1946, with the same essence: respect for local products and a careful selection of producers.
Diego, chef and head of kitchen, has trained alongside Nandu Jubany and brings technique, sensitivity and creativity to a Catalan market cuisine —with Empordà roots— where the local produce is treated with delicacy and knowledge, with just the right touch of innovation.
